Payments & The Rental Process

NOTE: The Turks and Caicos government requires that 12% tax be paid on all vacation villa rentals and this cost must be added to your final payment.

STEP 1: Request Your Dates
Once you have requested your dates on our property page and agreed to terms of service, you will receive an email back from us with your total estimated price. An invoice will soon follow for the deposit.
STEP 2: Phone Call
We feel a phone call can greatly assist you. A short call can clear up and questions and provide positive feedback on your stay. We care about you, and want your Holiday to be special. If you are not happy, we are not happy.
STEP 3: Lock In Your Reservation
To lock in your date reservations, simply pay the deposit amount and we will block out those dates for your stay.
STEP 4: Prepare For Your Stay
Once we have the dates in place and the deposit paid, we will continue to communicate with you and get you set up with everything you will need for your upcoming relaxing getaway.
